Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Full-Time Ultrasonographer with prior experience in fertility or reproductive medicine to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting patients throughout their fertility journey—providing both technical expertise and empathetic care. Responsible for the clinical and administrative activities of diagnostic ultrasound services, as well as providing detailed ultrasound imaging of the female reproductive system to help identify the causes of infertility and to guide fertility treatments. This role involves performing high-quality ultrasounds, collaborating closely with physicians and clinical staff, and offering education and emotional support to patients.

DFC Compensation: The salary range represents the national average compensation for this position. The base salary offered will vary based on location, experience, skills, and knowledge. The pay range does not reflect the total compensation package. Our rewards may include an annual bonus, flexible work arrangements, and many other region-specific benefits.
DFC offers a comprehensive benefits package to all employees who work a minimum of 30 hours per week.

Requirements
Key Responsibility/Accountability:
- Collaborates with physicians, other medical providers, and patients by providing expert care and service for fertility treatments
 Prepare patients by explaining procedures and ensuring their comfort and understanding
 Performs detailed sonographic examinations of female reproductive systems and identifies abnormalities, including OBGYN and infertility ultrasound procedures utilizing abdominal and transvaginal transducers, 3D ultrasounds and doppler ultrasounds
 Responsible for generating and documenting ultrasound reports for physician interpretation
 Organize daily work schedule and coordinate efficient patient care flow between procedures
 Responsible for appropriately billing the patient for services provided
 Procedure set-up, following all sterile precautions. Implement safety standards and perform appropriate quality control procedures
 Performs and provides education of procedures, including Sonohysterography, FemVue, and Ultrasound guidance for embryo transfers
 Tracks fetal growth and development up to 9 weeks gestational age
 Maintain ultrasound equipment
 Orders ultrasound supplies and keeps rooms stocked
 Travel to other Company locations as needed
 Rotating holiday and weekend morning shift coverage
 
Perform other related duties as required.
Academic Training:
- High School Diploma/GED required
 Completion of formal Ultrasound training required
 ARDMS certification with OB/GYN specialization required
 Previous OB/GYN, women’s health or infertility experience preferred
 2 years of experience as an ultrasound technologist
