Partnered with a reputable facility 45 minutes from Columbus, Ohio, that has an opportunity for a skilled OB/GYN to provide locum coverage.

About the Opportunity:

• Schedule: 8-hour shifts, 3-5 days per week
• Call shifts available
• Level II nursery
• Daily Volume: 22-25 patients in clinic
• Delivery Volume: 850 per year, 70-80 per month
• Required Procedures: Colposcopies, biopsies, LEEP
• Support Staff: MA, LPN, RNs, CNM, scrub tech, and ancillary staff
• EMR: Epic
• Must be board-certified
• Paid travel & expenses

Qualifications

• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
• National Institutes of Health (NIH)
• Sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology.
• Active unencumbered OB/GYN Ohio state license
• Graduate from a fully accredited OB/GYN program
• One year of work experience as OB/GYN
• One year of EMR experience
• Board Certified

• Knowledge of and dedication to the highest patient care and provide the utmost service excellence to all patients.
• Ability to take initiative and to exercise independent judgment, decision-making and problem-solving expertise.
• A can-do, team oriented attitude is essential, as the ability to work independently and to interact easily with physicians, other managers and staff throughout the department and hospital.
• Effective interpersonal/communication, organizational, and the flexibility to handle multiple tasks.
