Summary


Florida Health Care Plans, a large multi-specialty staff model HMO is seeking a BC/BE, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine Physician to join our Edgewater facility located in Volusia County.  Full-time, flexible days / hours, no weekends, outpatient only, no non-compete contracts.  The Edgewater facility offers Behavioral Health, Endocrinology, Extended Hour Care Center, Primary Care, Sports Medicine, X-ray, Lab, and Pharmacy all onsite.
  
Qualifications


•    MD / DO
•    BC / BE
•    Current Florida license

Position Details


•    Full Time 
•    Outpatient only
•    Limited call

Compensation Details


•    Generous Base Salary
•    Full HMO Benefits including PTO, CME
•    Licenses, Fees, Dues paid
•    Up to 4% Match 401K after 12 months
•    Relocation Assistance
